How beautifully light and airy! This soft cotton broderie anglaise has a beautiful floral pattern. While it screams summer it is super versatile due to its subdued colours. The detailed embroidery makes it special but don’t be scared, the embroidery is so flat that sewing it will be no issue. If you finish your seams, as you would usually do with woven fabric, then unravelling should not be an issue.
We made a small bag out of this fabric that exactly fits a water bottle. You could also make light dresses and tops, wide summer trousers or a festive tablecloth. You could even frame a piece of this fabric and put it on your wall.
