We ship from Germany to all countries of the European Union.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

International shipping can be complicated due to shipping and custom requirements, which is why we currently only ship to the countries listed. If your country is not included, please contact us at shop@stoffkollektiv.com and we will see what we can do.

Versandkosten und Lieferzeiten nach Land

Die zuerst im Warenkorb angegebenen Versandkosten gelten nur für Deutschland. Die endgültigen Kosten werden erst nach Auswahl des Lieferlandes berechnet. Die regulären Versandkosten findest du in der Tabelle ohne Berücksichtigung eventueller Rabatte und Aktionen.

Wir bemühen uns Bestellungen innerhalb von drei Werktagen zu bearbeiten und an unsere Versanddienstleister zu übergeben. Je nach Lieferland gibt es zum Teil erhebliche Unterschiede in den Laufzeiten.

Bitte beachte, dass für einige Länder eine Bearbeitung durch den Zoll erfolgen kann. Auf die Bearbeitungsdauer durch den Zoll haben wir keinen Einfluss und diese ist nicht in unsere Laufzeiten eingerechnet. Eventuell anfallende Zollgebühren trägt der Kunde.

Shipping service providers

We ship to all countries with DHL or Deutsche Post. Whenever possible, we ship climate neutrally with GoGreen.

Parcels in Germany can be tracked via a tracking code.

For international shipments tracking is not always possible.

Letters with fabric samples are sent without tracking.

Plastic-free packaging

We package our fabrics only with paper or cardboard and thus completely plastic-free. All materials can go into the paper waste unseparated. We use thermal transfer printing for our shipping labels. Normal paper is printed with wax. The labels can therefore be disposed of together with the packaging.

Returns

In principle, cut fabrics are excluded from exchange. However, should you be dissatisfied with the quality or colour of a delivered item, please contact us and we will find a solution. The customer bears the costs for any returns.
