This heavy rib knit in a summery powder blue is from 100% cotton and very nice against the skin. The fabric is completely opaque and thus the perfect fabric for close fitting tops and dresses. Since this rib knit is pure cotton, it can stretch out when handling and lead to wavy seams. We recommend using a walking foot and steam the seams back into shape with your iron.
We have sewn up this fabric and its yellow counterpart into a Rio Ringer T-Shirt by True Bias. It's perfect for this 70s inspired close fitting shirt.
The fabric's width is only 105 cm. This needs to be considered when choosing the fabric amount.
